
Hello, loves! I did not add any specific measurements for this recipe just because it’s a matter of how much cheese and whatnot you personally prefer! 🙂
Here’s what you’ll need:
- English muffins
- Cream cheese
- Red onion
- Feta cheese
- Tomato
- Oregano
- Olive Oil
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

1.) Split the English muffins in half, put a little olive oil and cream cheese on them.

2.) Add slices of tomato and sprinkle with oregano.

3.) Add your slices of red onion.

4.) Sprinkle Feta and some more oregano.
Pop them in the oven for about 8 minutes.

All done! Enjoy!
